Areas of interest include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic mental illness. Philosophy My focus is to support clients as they achieve their goals for recovery. I believe in creating a plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration, and evidenced-based practice. My goal is to provide effective and sustainable mental health interventions that may include medication, education, mindfulness, symptom management skills, and self-care. Emily Klos, MSW, APSW
Areas of Interest Assessment and treatment for individuals ages 7 and older who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and chronic health conditions including infertility. Uses a solution-focused, client-centered and strengths-based approach. Utilizes various treatment techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychoeducation, and solution-focused therapy. Marissa Matocky, LPC-IT
Areas of Interest Assessment and treatment of ages 14 and up in couples, family, individual, and group therapy. Special interests include couples counseling, individuals with Type One Diabetes, chronic illness or any other major medical events/changes, relationship issues, postpartum depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, and trauma. Philosophy I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to encourage my clients to take care of their mind, body and spirit. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma informed care. Provides a cognitive-behavioral approach to individual and family therapy, which embraces individual strengths and comprises a strong working alliance with the client. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, women’s issues, and identity exploration. I value working with and advocating for those who hold marginalized identities. Tanya Wald, MS, ATR, LPC
Areas of Interest I provide comprehensive assessment and treatment through a person-centered approach, working with individuals ages 4 through adulthood. I enjoy supporting a wind range of clients, including children, adolescents, parents, and adults. My clinical experience includes the use of various evidence-based and expressive therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. I thoughtfully integrate these approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals. I work with clients presenting with concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, women’s issues, trauma, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, and bipolar disorder. I also have extensive experience assessing, diagnosing and treating ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults.
