Jenna Koch, MS, LPC
Areas of Interest I provide assessment and treatment of individuals 8 years and older, as well as couples. I use a strengths based and eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I enjoy working from a faith based Christian perspective. Focus areas include anxiety, women’s identity and self-esteem work, life stress and adjustment issues, grief and loss, boundaries/interpersonal issues. Prepare/Enrich certified for premarital and married couples. Philosophy I have an authentic spirit and deeply value relationships. I seek to create a safe space where you feel known, understood, and valued. It is my goal that this environment encourages healing, hope, and meaningful life change for you. My general approach is to build trust and empower you to understand yourself more fully and live more freely. This involves examining issues, relationships, uncovering patterns that are tripping you up and over time, offering insight and practical strategies to help fuel positive change and growth. Whether it’s practicing new skills or utilizing new resources, no matter where you are at, we will navigate through life’s challenges together. Previous experience counseling individuals in an inpatient recovery program and with children in a school setting. Personal I enjoy spending time gardening and outside in nature, especially weekends up north at the cabin with family and friends. Jessica Murphy, AGACNP, APNP
Areas of Interest Jessica treats patients 16 and older, providing assessment, psychoeducation, with an emphasis on pharmacological management of adolescents and adults seeking psychiatric services. Special interest include mood disorders, substance use disorder, anxiety, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Philosophy I am passionate about providing a patient centered, judgement-free, safe space to assist patients navigate through life’s changes. I believe that we work as a team to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your life goals. I saw firsthand how closely mental and physical health are intertwined. Elizabeth Paasch, MA, LPC
Areas of Interest Assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults regarding mental health concerns. Special interest in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorder, anger management, and healthy communication. Provides a cognitive-behavioral approach to individual and family therapy, which embraces individual strengths and comprises a strong working alliance with the client. Education Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, Cardinal Stritch University Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology, Wisconsin Lutheran College Experience Counseling experience in various settings including individual and group therapy in both school and community based non-profit and outpatient mental health settings. Julie Rocheleau, MS, LPC, SAC-IT
Areas of Interest My approach to counseling is client centered and strengths based. I work to build rapport with clients and utilize a collaborative approach to treatment. Special interests include assessment and treatment of mental health and addiction in adults, including depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem and relationship problems. Julia Truog, MS, LPC-IT
Areas of Interest I create a client-centered, strengths-based environment, implementing an eclectic approach drawing from multiple counseling theories, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, women’s issues, and identity exploration. I value working with and advocating for those who hold marginalized identities. I am particularly passionate about working with those who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Philosophy I believe that self-knowledge and empathy are the keys to wellbeing and flourishment. I strive to create a therapeutic environment and relationship where clients feel comfortable reflecting upon their inner experiences and how those shape their reality. I work with clients to foster self-exploration, insight and action, building a path towards healing, compassion and resiliency. Tanya Wald, MS, ATR, LPC
Areas of Interest Treatment of children, adolescents and their families with school related problems and at risk behavior. Life transition issues including career changes, school to work and divorce. Interest in depression, anxiety and woman’s concerns. Special interest in using the process of art making to enhance the therapy experience. Ryanne Wendt, MSW, LCSW

Special interests include trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, and life stress and adjustment issues. Philosophy Ryanne believes that there is beauty in the challenges of life. Each challenge presents an opportunity to be our authentic selves, practice resilience, and create fulfillment. She enjoys collaborating with clients to identify goals and problem areas, then seek realistic solutions and healing.
