Areas of Interest I create a client-centered, strengths-based environment, implementing an eclectic approach drawing from multiple counseling theories, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, women’s issues, and identity exploration.  I value working with and advocating for those who hold marginalized identities.  I am particularly passionate about working with those who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Tanya Wald, MS, ATR, LPC

Areas of Interest I provide comprehensive assessment and treatment through a person-centered approach, working with individuals ages 4 through adulthood.  I enjoy supporting a wind range of clients, including children, adolescents, parents, and adults. My clinical experience includes the use of various evidence-based and expressive therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions.  I thoughtfully integrate these approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals. I work with clients presenting with concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, women’s issues, trauma, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, and bipolar disorder. I also have extensive experience assessing, diagnosing and treating ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults. Ryanne Wendt, MSW, LCSW

Areas of Interest Assessment and treatment of all ages in individual, family and group therapy.  Eclectic integrative approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal therapy.  Special interests include trauma/PTSD, infertility/loss, perinatal concerns, parenting, grief and death, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, life stress, and adjustment issues.  Supervisor of bachelors students, masters students, and in-training therapists. Philosophy I’m realistic- life is hard sometimes.  It’s not always rainbows and butterflies.  Nonetheless, I truly believe there can be  beauty in life’s challenges too.  Every challenge is an opportunity. Even in the hardest times, there’s an opportunity to be our authentic selves, learn new skills, and find connection with others.  There’s even opportunity for a sarcastic joke or two! My therapy approach is collaborative and individualized to you.  We will work together to identify problem areas and goals.  I offer a wide range of therapies and will tailor treatment to match your preferences.  It may be hard work, but my hope is that we can do good work.  Healing is possible, though it may require you to shed a tear or two.  You may even have to start believing in your own strengths and goodness too. She sees clients ages 5 and up.
