Emily Klos, MSW, APSW
Areas of Interest Assessment and treatment for individuals ages 7 and older who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and chronic health conditions including infertility. Uses a solution-focused, client-centered and strengths-based approach. Marissa Matocky, LPC-IT
Areas of Interest Assessment and treatment of all ages in couples, individuals and group therapy. Special interests include couples counseling, parent coaching, relationships, women’s mental health, perinatal mental health, postpartum depression, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and trauma. I also have a special interest in working with clients that have Type One Diabetes and parents of children that have been diagnosed with Type One Diabetes. Philosophy I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to encourage my clients to take care of their mind, body and spirit. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma informed care. I believe in using clients’ strengths and providing a safe space for them to feel comfortable to explore and understand their authentic self, as well as support them in growing and meeting their goals. David McMahon, DO Board Certified Psychiatrist
Areas of Interest Dr. McMahon has professional interests in managing difficult to treat depressive, bipolar, anxiety, and psychotic disorders in adult and geriatric patients. He uses a collaborative approach to develop a treatment plan tailored to the patient’s needs, which includes not only medications, but also psychotherapy and other interventions as appropriate. He then practiced for 3 years at ProHealth in Waukesha, again primarily in the outpatient clinic, but performing both ECT and TMS. He has been with ACS ever since.
Jessica Murphy, AGACNP, PMHNP
Areas of Interest Jessica treats patients 16 and older, providing assessment, psychoeducation, with an emphasis on pharmacological management of adolescents and adults seeking psychiatric services. Special interest include mood disorders, substance use disorder, anxiety, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Philosophy I am passionate about providing a patient centered, judgement-free, safe space to assist patients navigate through life’s changes. I believe that we work as a team to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your life goals. Julie Rocheleau, MS, LPC, SAC-IT
Areas of Interest My approach to counseling is client centered and strengths based. I work to build rapport with clients and utilize a collaborative approach to treatment. Special interests include assessment and treatment of mental health and addiction in adults, including depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem and relationship problems. Julia Truog, MS, LPC-IT
Areas of Interest I create a client-centered, strengths-based environment, implementing an eclectic approach drawing from multiple counseling theories, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, women’s issues, and identity exploration. I value working with and advocating for those who hold marginalized identities. I am particularly passionate about working with those who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Philosophy I believe that self-knowledge and empathy are the keys to wellbeing and flourishment. I strive to create a therapeutic environment and relationship where clients feel comfortable reflecting upon their inner experiences and how those shape their reality.
