Brooke Brockman, MSW, APSW
Areas of Interest I provide mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment for individuals as well as their families. Areas of focus for mental health concerns include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress management, psychological trauma, behavioral/emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and dual diagnoses. I use a strength-based approach which helps individuals feel empowered and take control over their lives. I also use CBT and DBT skills to help clients reach their goals through therapy. It’s very important to me that the client feels comfortable and safe during sessions, together we can create a healthy therapeutic environment where clients do not feel judgement and are able to express themselves freely. Additional experience in intensive residential treatment for those with substance abuse and dual diagnosis disorders. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavior issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and anxiety to grief counseling or parental support. Additionally, I have a special passion for working with individuals struggling with addiction issues. Even if life at work or at home is a general struggle for a variety of reasons, we can work on those areas of your life as well with a combination of therapy and various assessment tools to increase your confidence and understanding. Rebecca Nedden, APNP
Areas of Interest Rebecca provides assessment, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy with a focus on pharmacological management of adults seeking collaborative and integrative partnership for their mental health journey. Special interests include mood, trauma, anxiety, substance use, the psychological well being of women (perinatal, perimenopausal, perimenstrual) and psychedelics/entheogenic plant medicines. Nursing became my second career and has given me diverse exposure to neonatal intensive care, primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, behavioral health, neurology, urgent care, and emergency medicine. I share lived familiarity with first responders, healthcare providers, parents, and also as a peer with lived experience of homelessness, poverty, complex trauma, secondary/occupational trauma, disordered eating, and neurodivergence. Born and raised in Wisconsin within a rural agricultural community. I have spent over a year practicing in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico and Eugene, Oregon.
Elizabeth Paasch, MA, LPC
Areas of Interest Assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults regarding mental health concerns. Special interest in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorder, anger management, and healthy communication. Provides a cognitive-behavioral approach to individual and family therapy, which embraces individual strengths and comprises a strong working alliance with the client. Education Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, Cardinal Stritch University Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology, Wisconsin Lutheran College Experience Counseling experience in various settings including individual and group therapy in both school and community based non-profit and outpatient mental health settings. Additional experience in the helping profession includes working in a group home with dually diagnosed adults and providing in-home therapy for children with autism. *Note: Ms. Paasch treats patients ages 6 & older.
