Rajesh Kumar, MD
Board Certified Psychiatrist, Medical Director-ACS Areas of Interest Dr. Kumar has been treating patients of all ages in Washington County since he started his practice. He enjoys working with families and emphasizes out-patient care to prevent expensive hospitalizations. David McMahon, DO Board Certified Psychiatrist
Areas of Interest Dr. McMahon has professional interests in managing difficult to treat depressive, bipolar, anxiety, and psychotic disorders in adult and geriatric patients. He uses a collaborative approach to develop a treatment plan tailored to the patient’s needs, which includes not only medications, but also psychotherapy and other interventions as appropriate. Jessica Murphy, AGACNP, APNP
Areas of Interest Jessica treats patients 16 and older, providing assessment, psychoeducation, with an emphasis on pharmacological management of adolescents and adults seeking psychiatric services. Special interest include mood disorders, substance use disorder, anxiety, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Julie Rocheleau, MS, LPC, SAC-IT
Areas of Interest My approach to counseling is client centered and strengths based. I work to build rapport with clients and utilize a collaborative approach to treatment. Special interests include assessment and treatment of mental health and addiction in adults, including depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem and relationship problems. Julia Truog, MS, LPC-IT
Areas of Interest I create a client-centered, strengths-based environment, implementing an eclectic approach drawing from multiple counseling theories, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, women’s issues, and identity exploration. I value working with and advocating for those who hold marginalized identities. Wess Vogt, MD
Board Certified in Psychiatry Areas of Interest Dr. Vogt treats patients 16 years and older, and has expertise in diagnostic evaluation, mood disorders, and psychopharmacology. He has a special interest in treating patients with Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder in adults, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, and substance-dependence issues.
