Areas of Interest Therapy is both an opportunity for reducing and relieving suffering and for working toward thriving in our lives.  My goal is for clients of all ages to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of their whole selves and inherent worth as we work together to address their concerns.  My approach involves meeting clients where they are at and incorporating their strengths, values, and goals with evidence based and solution focused interventions.  My goal is to help clients gain insights and develop skills they can use in their daily lives.
