Jake Hanus, MSW, APSW

Areas of Interest Jake works with individuals and groups across all age ranges. He utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Kellyn Henke, MS, LPC

Bridget Pogodzinski, MS, LMFT

Areas of Interest Bridget works with individuals, couples, and families (ages 15 and older) struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress management, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, OCD, relationship/marital conflict, relationship concerns, adjustment concerns, parenting, concerns regarding religion/faith/spirituality, safety concerns, grief and loss, and trauma, including PTSD.  Bridget works with clients using an eclectic approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, Narrative, Interpersonal, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapies amongst other therapeutic approaches. Philosophy Bridget views clients through a systemic lens, keeping in consideration the many relationships, systems, and experiences that have and continue to impact them and their sense of wellbeing.  Bridget has a passion to work with clients, couples,  and families from a place of deep empathy and with excitement to collaborate and learn more from them about their unique strengths, remind them of their resiliency, and participate in their continued growth.  She works with clients through a strengths-based and holistic approach, taking into consideration all of the many aspects of life that make us who we are.  Bridget enjoys walking with clients on their journeys through life, recognizing and emphasizing their unique strengths that will aid them in achieving the life, wellness, and fulfillment they desire within themselves and their relationships.  She desires to enhance the lives of clients by fostering hope and empowerment within themselves presently and for their futures. Bridget has experience providing therapy to individuals, couples and families in outpatient, group, school, Telehealth and intensive outpatient group settings.  She also has experience working with clients through a Christian counseling lens and can incorporate this into clients’ therapy, if they desire.  Presentation experience in school settings on topics of mental health, social media, and self esteem.
