Areas of Interest

Assessment and treatment of individuals aged 10 and older in individual and group settings.  Takes eclectic approach to therapy with influences from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology.  Interest in anxiety, depression, and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Philosophy

I take a holistic, biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to mental health, aiming to help clients flourish in all areas of life.  By exploring personal strengths, values, thoughts, and emotions, clients can channel their energy into meaningful actions that promote growth and well-being.  My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can authentically express themselves and gain deeper insight into their experiences.  As clients identify and pursue their goals, I aim to support and empower them every step of the way- no matter how challenging the journey.

Personal Information

In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, playing video games, watching TV/movies, hiking, and spending time with friends.
